JALISA AVARI MUSIC — REFUND POLICY & LICENSE INVALIDATION NOTICE

Refund Policy for Digital Products & AI Services
All sales of digital products—including beats, instrumentals, music releases, commercial licenses, and all AI-generated content (including but not limited to images, animations, and videos)—are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital goods and real-time cloud computing services, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. AI Service Consumption & Data Disclaimer
    Immediate Consumption: AI generations across all our processing setups are executed using instant, non-recoverable cloud server and GPU computing resources. By clicking “Generate,” you acknowledge that the paid service is rendered instantly and fully.
    No Quality Refunds: No refunds, credits, or coin reversals will be issued based on the subjective quality, “likeness,” style variation, or artistic outcome of the AI generation.
    No Storage Guarantee Refunds: Visual galleries, file storage, and user creation histories are provided solely as a temporary, free courtesy. If your generated files, videos, or images are deleted via regular database purges, server space clearing, user error, account termination, or sudden platform technical updates/failures, you are NOT entitled to a refund, credit, or coin restoration. It is your explicit responsibility to download and backup your media files to your personal device immediately upon successful generation.
  2. Immediate Licensing
    Once digital products are delivered—whether by download link, on-screen display, email, or third-party platform—the license is immediately active and granted based on the terms of the license agreement.
  3. No Reversals
    No refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals are permitted under any circumstances.
  4. Revocation
    Any attempt to initiate an unauthorized refund, chargeback, or dispute through PayPal, Stripe, credit card companies, banks, or any payment gateway will result in the immediate revocation of all active licenses and permanent account suspension.

Legal Notice
Use of any music track, instrumental, or AI-generated media asset after license revocation due to a refund or chargeback is considered willful infringement under U.S. and international copyright law. Infringers may be held liable for statutory damages up to $150,000 per individual infringement, plus all associated legal costs and collection fees. Jalisa Avari Music reserves the right to pursue all available legal and civil remedies to enforce these terms.

Buyer Acknowledgment
By completing a checkout purchase, processing a transaction, or initiating an AI generation from Jalisa Avari Music, you acknowledge that you have read, thoroughly understood, and explicitly agreed to this Refund Policy and License Invalidation Notice in full.

Commercial Exploitation & Penalties
Commercial Use Without Authorization: If a buyer or any third party uses any beat, instrumental, AI video generation, or digital asset from Jalisa Avari Music for commercial or monetized purposes without a valid, active license (including after a refund, chargeback, or license revocation), the following terms apply:
